The swimwear is manufactured to the highest standards of quality. Here are some simple tips to keep your new swimsuit in excellent condition.
- Never roll up when wet
- Rinse well in cool water
- Drip dry out of direct sunlight
- Avoid rough surfaces
- Suntan lotions can damage fabrics
- We recommend that you do not wear your
new swimsuit in the spa
- Pale colors may become transparent when wet
Our Returns Policy
All AUSTRALIAN RETURNS / EXCHANGES must be made within 14 days from the date we send the goods to you.
RETURNS:
As a general rule, ZAFIRO AUSTRALIA does not offer refunds, however, we are able to offer an exchange on faulty items which are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of invoice date. They are to be unworn and unwashed.
A refund will only be granted if a replacement is unavailable. We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purposes.
All exchanges and returns must be completed within 14 days of invoice date.
Please note that we reserve the right not to grant refund and exchange requests for items that have been returned to us after the 14-day period has expired.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
Please note we CANNOT exchange or issue credits on Sale items.

via Australia Post at your own expense. ZAFIRO AUSTRALIA will then pay for the postage to send you the replacement item.
Returned items MUST BE sent back in brand new condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
If the items have been worn or damaged then ZAFIRO AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
Please allow two weeks from when you return your exchanges for the procedure to be completed.

Terms and Conditions
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers available until stocks sell out. When ordering by mail/fax, if all items requested have sold out you will be notified by email.
We reserve the right:
- to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
that all orders are subject to availability of stock.
- to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
